As an incorporated society, TAR is legally required to hold an AGM every year.

We need every member to attend!!

At this meeting we will:

1. Elect the committee members who are going to be looking after our club for the next 12 months
2. Receive the President and treasurers reports
3. Discuss important club issues like field development, membership, field and gun hire fees
4. Talk about anything else that is important to you

This is your opportunity to directly influence what happens in the club.
